Full project responsibility including site preparation, groundworks, substructure, superstructure, and complete internal and external finishes through to final handover.

Construction Approach
Timber frame construction has been selected to improve build efficiency, programme certainty, and energy performance, while maintaining high-quality standards throughout.

Current Progress
Groundworks are currently underway, with the project progressing in line with programme toward completion by the end of the year.

Outcome (Planned)
On completion, the development will provide a high-quality, energy-efficient residential scheme ready for occupation or sale.
