Langstone Technology Park – Service Yard Construction

We were engaged by Shore Group to deliver the reinforced concrete works for a new service yard at Langstone Technology Park, contributing to the development of a durable and high-performance operational area.

Our scope of works focused specifically on the reinforcement, formwork, and concrete placement for the service yard slabs. This included the installation of steel reinforcement in accordance with design specifications, the construction of precise and robust formwork systems, and the placement, finishing, and curing of high-quality concrete to achieve the required strength and durability.

Working in coordination with other contractors on site, we ensured that all works were delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of workmanship. Attention to detail throughout the reinforcement and pouring process was critical to achieving a long-lasting surface capable of withstanding heavy-duty use.

The completed concrete works form a key structural element of the service yard, providing a strong and reliable foundation for ongoing site operations.
